The collaboration between Dale Alcock Projects, Webb Brown-Neaves and Yolk Property Group saw the successful delivery of 21 two and three level terrace, premium quality townhouses in Port Coogee. This townhouse project was delivered over 4 separable portions.
The high quality of design and finishes/specifications made these townhouses incredibly appealing to several property market sectors in Port Coogee. Stage one included 5 two storey architecturally designed terraced homes that were all sold during construction.
