Project Overview

Existing 3×1 brick and tile home with a swimming pool. Our client had plans drawn up by an external building designer, before tendering the job. Builders were challenged to bring the project to life in the timeliest, most cost-efficient manner possible. The Dale Alcock team was awarded due to our competitive pricing, and our reputation for delivering to a high standard.

The Dale Alcock team built a fantastic boutique development comprising eight 2-bed 2-bath units ranging in size from 68sqm to 71sqm. By using two pre-selected colours schemes from our showroom, we were able to pass on savings gained through larger volume supply rates, which helped drive down construction costs.
