Apartments – Loftus St, Leederville (Loft Haus)
Working closely with the developer and architect to ensure these 13 x 2 bedroom apartments and 2 penthouse apartment building are delivered on budget and quality to ensure a quick sale.
Apartments – O’Mara Blvd, Iluka (OneIluka)
A limited collection of 23 premium beachside residences. Dale Alcock Projects has been working in parallel with Bode property during each critical step of this project to ensure the target price was achieved.
Apartments – Mill St, Cannington (Mode)
Dale Alcock Projects worked with Fini Group to construct this low-rise medium density development of 15 townhouses and 5 apartments, which was designed as a an 'alternative to high-rise apartments'.
Apartments – Lealt St, Ardross
Delivery of a medium density project on Lealt Street in Ardross. This completed apartment project showcases the construction of two 2 storey townhouses and 8 two-bedroom apartments.
Apartments – Clarkson, Catalina Estate
The delivery of a 25 unit development, over two-storey buildings and five single level villas, partnering with Satterley and Tamala Park Regional Development Council.
Apartments – Coolbellup Ave, Coolbellup
Partnering with Warburton Property Group, sees the delivery of a two-storey development of seven modern apartments. The brief was to deliver low-maintenance, well-priced contemporary apartments.
Apartments – Kent St, Spearwood
Completion of 16 apartments over a 10 month period from slab down, the project was awarded to us by the Department of Communities. The project was completed as a 'Design and Construct' arrangement.
Apartments – Kennedy St, Maylands (Dwell)
Partnering with Sam Klopper, the completed developments comprises of seven two bedroom and three single bedroom apartments over three levels with undercroft car parking, totalling 10 dwellings.
Apartments – Revitalise Cres, Craigie (Vivo)
The project was completed in 11 months and saw the delivery of a completed boutique complex featuring 12 two-bedroom, two bathroom double brick apartments. Partnered with Parcel Property
Apartments – Stanbury Cres, Morley
The site was 809sqm and zoned R60. The Dale Alcock team built a fantastic boutique development comprising eight 2-bed 2-bath units ranging in size from 68sqm to 71sqm.
