“Our home will allow us to grow comfortably, together.”

Proud, overjoyed, and excited were the many feelings the Sanghan family felt when they received the keys to their brand-new home last year. Meet Karuna, Raj and their two young daughters, who built their forever home with Dale Alcock Homes.

Karuna and Raj, migrated from Mauritius 14 years ago, starting their new life in Perth. Building a home for their growing family was their biggest dream.

“Moving to Australia was a tough decision to make, leaving both our families behind. Now that we have our own little family, our home is where we want to create beautiful new memories”, explains the couple.

With their dream home in mind, Karuna and Raj knew exactly how they wanted their forever abode to look like: spacious, functional, bright, and modern.

“As soon as we walked in the Delano display home, we fell in love with the design.”

“We loved the Delano’s modern elevation. The high ceiling and large windows in the living/dining room bring so much brightness into the home. It’s a joy every night to glaze at the starry night from our living room couch”, says Karuna.

The couple also had other essentials on their wish list: an adaptable home office space for their work from home days, large bedrooms, a home theatre to watch family movies, and a spacious kitchen, living and dining, making entertaining a breeze.

Moving into their new home didn’t only provide the Sanghan family with more space, it also instigated a new lifestyle.

“We purposely didn’t put a TV in the living area, so we could spend more time together. The kitchen is very spacious, making it easier for little helping hands to get involved”, shares Karuna.

“Our home has given us a deeper family connection.”
