Michelle and Matt, with their two young children, Carter and Maleah, recently embarked on an exciting journey to build a home tailored to their growing family. They envisioned a space that offers comfort and serves as the foundation for their future together. Situated near the beach, their new home is more than just a place to live; it’s where they see their family growing, thriving, and creating new memories.

For Michelle and Matt, the comfort and functionality of their new home were top priorities. With two young children and plans for the future, they wanted a space that would adapt as their family grows. “The kitchen is the heart of our home,” Michelle shares. “It’s where we gather as a family, cook together, and just enjoy each other’s company. I can already see Carter and Maleah growing up here, learning to bake, and making memories in this space.”
Living close to the beach was a dream for Michelle and Matt, and now it’s a reality. The proximity to the ocean adds an extra layer of tranquillity to their lives, providing a serene backdrop for their day-to-day activities.

The coastal lifestyle perfectly complements their vision of raising their children in a peaceful, family-friendly environment. “It’s not just about the view—it’s the whole experience. We love taking the kids for walks and picnics by the shore.”

Choosing the right builder was crucial for Michelle and Matt, and they were confident in their decision from the start.
Throughout the build, they felt supported and reassured, especially as they navigated the project while expecting their second child. “Our New Home Consultant was fantastic,” says Michelle. “He listened to what we wanted and gave us design options to suit our family. And the site supervisor was also fabulous—bless him, he was very patient with pregnant me always asking questions,” adds Michelle with a smile.

It was so satisfying to know that each decision would reflect our style and make our home truly ours.”
