Customer Stories: Meet The Joseph Family
Meet the Joseph Family, Jiju, Julie and their three kids, who recently built their dream home. This lovely family needed to upgrade their living space to fit their lifestyle. Here’s their story.
“Our new home is now comfortable with lots of space. Our kids are happy, we’re happy.,” Jiju says.
“We needed more space to fit our family. Dale Alcock Homes was able to help us bring our vision to life.”
Jiju and Julie had a clear vision of what their new home should look like: more space so their three kids, Jamie, Jerin and Alex, could run around and enjoy their family time together in a spacious home.
Building was a chance to design something that suited their family lifestyle perfectly.
“Our eldest daughter Jamie loves to do piano. I love this home because we now have enough space to put her keyboard in the family room and keep everything organised.” Julie says.
“Everything came perfectly. It’s a bright and modern home. Building this house met all our expectations.”
“The things we love most about our house are the big open plan kitchen and the contrasting colours we selected. We also love our nice scullery, which we turned into a more functional kitchen.”
But as a family, there was an even more important design feature to consider:
“The alfresco and backyard were very important to us.,” Julie says. “Our kids like to play outside whenever they can. So having an outdoor space was essential for us.”
The free-flowing indoor/out area is perfect for family time. Jamie, Jerin and Alex are certainly taking advantage of their lovely space since moving in.
“It’s such a nice change to have enough space in the backyard to play together,” Julie says.
Apart from the stress of entering a global pandemic, Jiju and Julie commented their building experience was nothing but amazing:
“This house felt like home, even when it was being built. We used to go everyday to see the progress. Our site supervisor was amazing. The team at Dale Alcock Homes was helpful, very friendly and approachable.”
