Bayswater Duplex

The Site:

When our clients found a block in Bayswater (1014sqm, R25 zoning) they jumped at the opportunity to purchase it. Unsure of what they could do with it, they engaged Developments by Dale Alcock to help get started. Their prioirty was to maximise profit and build some long-term investment properties.

The Challenge:

The clients lived overseas throughout the entire process which may have been seen as a challenge, however Developments by Dale Alcock looked after the design, construction, council approvals, subdivision, retaining walls, internal finishing and paving drainage.

The Outcome:

Selling off one of the blocks, the clients now have two 3-bed 2-bath homes in a great location making them very desirable to the rental market.
