Dale Alcock Projects delivered 16 apartments over three levels for a private client in Jan 2020, which consisted of 4 one bedroom, 8 two bedroom and 4 three bedroom apartments. This modern design delivered a combination of three and two bedroom apartments that were tailored to the Cloverdale market. Dale Alcock Projects delivered a turnkey solution to this developer after acquiring the designs at DA level. Our team worked with Artem Architecture to document this building ensuring the final product was of off highest quality.
