The delivery of a 90 place childcare centre (and a 6th centre for the owner). Dale Alcock Projects secured the construction of Tall Tree’s latest Childcare centre in Banksia Grove through a competitive tender process.
Delivery of an 83 place childcare centre. Dale Alcock Projects was engaged in an ECI capacity to ensure the documentation met the target price whilst maintaining the high quality of finishes and specification.
The construction of a demonstration home in Kiara for Department of Communities. This home was built from timber and is 7-star Nathers rated. The home was also accredited LHA Silver once completed.
Dale Alcock Projects is worked on the delivery of 11 units on a grouped housing site, opposite our previous project - The Retreat (A premium over 55's estate). This project is in conjunction with Origin Projects.
Stage 2A of The Terraces at Calleya Estate delivered 24 3x2 townhouses designed to meet a number of market sectors in Treeby. Stockland’s goal for the Terraces was to deliver affordable, high quality homes.

Dale Alcock Projects was engaged by Braemar Presbyterian Care to construct four Independent Living Units as part of an aged care facility on Challenger Place, Melville.
Dale Alcock Projects worked with Fini Group to construct this low-rise medium density development of 15 townhouses and 5 apartments, which was designed as a an 'alternative to high-rise apartments'.
Delivery of a medium density project on Lealt Street in Ardross. This completed apartment project showcases the construction of two 2 storey townhouses and 8 two-bedroom apartments.
